The 70%-Chocolade is a noble-dark-chocolate after an original-formula of Josef Manner I. from the year 1895. Cocoa-masses, sugar, cocoa-butter, bourbon-vanilla and otherwise nothing. Through its extra high cocoa-share of 70%, real bourbon-vanilla and an incomparably tender glaze this Manner-speziality reveals a taste-experience of the particular type. The incomparably tender glaze is created through cautious "Conchieren". on this occasion all ingredients are stirred softly for 24 hours with temperatures of up to 80 °C.
