The shipping-business requires these data in order to be able to enter into contact with you if necessary. The e-mail address requires online-supermarket.at, to be able to handle about all contacts, primarily the order-processes, with you. Newsletter deliveries must wish you expressly and separated orders. All data, that you announce us, are treated extremely confidentially of course and are passed on to third on no account.

How can I order with you?
1. Please select a product-category (z.B. UNICEF products) from our menu. In the allermeisten cases, there then are further  sub-categories (z.B. UNICEF products > giftware > for children), that you please want to dial.
2. You keep an eye the products of this category with a short-description on this selection. Already here, you can put the   article into the merchandise-basket, that is to the purchase prepare. However, you can look also at a more exact   description (so far available) of the product, in which you click on the picture of the wished article, of course. Here,   you also then have the possibility to put the product into the merchandise-basket.
3. If you would like to buy several pieces of this article, so you can input the number of pieces in the detail-opinion  before you click on the button of "buying." But you can change the number of pieces also in the merchandise-basket   anytime. You only necessarily then must click on "updating" before you continue.
4. Want to shop after the article-selection further, so you please choose the wished category and you again from the menu can 5. "stroll" in silence further through the Shop.
 If you are ready with your purchase, so you please go again to the merchandise-basket. Here, you can revise all your  shopped articles. You can change the number of pieces or can delete a (or several) article completely. Every wished change  must necessarily be confirmed by a click on the button of "updating", however. Of course, you have all information in the  merchandise-basket  - as throughout the shop - for itself the possibility anytime, as our AGB's, delivery and shipping- conditions etc., to look at. With the going back-button of your browser, you come again comfortably to the merchandise- basket. 6. If you have not yet registered, you only come into the area of "declaring." Here, you can choose. If you are an already   existing customer, so you please simply register address and your password with your e-mail. If you are a new customer,   then, you can position a new account and can continue your purchase. Want to shop only as guest, however, so you please   input only the necessary data and press on further. Her/its/their data are not stored. Of course, all data are transferred  already by means of sure SSL-connection.
7. Please controls you shipping-options your shipping-address (with the button "address can alter" you the wished delivery- address from your address book selects or adds another address) in the area and selects the shipping-type and clicks on  "further."
8. With the selection of the method of payment, you can control your account-address, can alter or can add a new one.  Afterwards, you please choose your wished method of payment, confirm the AGB's and please click on "further."
9. You come to only give up "order on the side" where you can control all data about your order again in silence. In the  need, you have with to each point of your order the possibility, to be able to perform alterations (process).
10. Only when you click on "tillage", you actually send the order. If you picked a credit card as means of payment, you now  are passed on to be able to perform about there your online-payment to the chosen payment-supplier.

What happens if an article ordered by me is not available?
In principle, our offer always is current. If however, a supplier was not supposed to have informed us about delivery-bottlenecks or leaving open of an article, so we will establish contact with you, and you alternatives offers.

Become damaged from my order with the delivery. What must I do?
Please try to immediately hold on the damage to your delivery, the best by means of photo. In the consequence, you please turn to the delivery person (mail or package-service) in your proximity and put forward compensation-demands.
